TJNA, AMDC publish outcome document of colloquium on commodities

NAIROBI, 10 May 2017- The final outcome document for the 8 March 2017 conference on Africa’s response to falling global commodity prices has been published. The colloquium convened by Tax Justice Network Africa and the African Minerals Development Centre in collaboration with the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa brought together experts from across the continent to reflect on possible measures that African governments can undertake to reduce their economies’ vulnerability to the ever-flactuating cost of international commodities especially minerals and oil through the prism of the Africa Mining Vision. Reflections from the meeting can be found here.
