Bertha has some extensive; 10 years plus experience in Social Accountability Practices and ideals. An Economist and Public Policy Analyst, has combined expertise and strong understanding of the national developments in relation to social accountability; hands-on experience in public sector budget analysis, national budget analysis, budget tracking and expenditure monitoring.
A trained economist, A Policy Analyst and a Certified Gender Responsive Budgeting Analyst and a Social Development Analyst
Bertha Holds Master of Science in Public Admistration, majoring Policy Analysis and Development Management from the UNICAF University and Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from The University of Malawi- LUANAR and she is a Certified Gender Responsive Budgeting Analyst through Dominican Republic UN Women
