Jane Seruwagi Nalunga is an expert on trade, tax and investment related issues. She has more than twenty years of experience in policy research, analysis and advocacy and has authored a number of policy oriented studies and articles. Jane sits on a number of national policy making bodies; and advises government and Parliament on trade, tax and investment related matters. She is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ACIS)She is currently the Country Director of SEATINI- Uganda. (SEATINI is a sub-regional NGO operating in Eastern and Southern Africa).
